The baby blank et was delivered in a cotton bag with a drawstring, reminiscent of a gym bag. Both the baby blanket and the packaging bag are made from 100% organic cotton. It is clear that the seller attaches great importance to the high-quality presentation of the product. The product packaging is compact and there is no unnecessary packaging waste. The cotton bag only contains the baby blanket. Instructions for use are not included, but this is not necessary for a product of this type. Important information can be found on the manufacturer’s website or on the attached label. The blanket smells a little artificial when it is first unpacked , but the smell is very subtle and disappears after the first wash.

The blanket made a very good first impression. At first glance, its size is suitable as an everyday blanket for babies under one year old. The lovely, child-friendly jungle design of the blanket surface immediately catches the eye. Another positive feature is that the blanket is printed differently on both sides. There are lots of little pineapples on the other side of the blanket. The blanket feels robust and like high-quality cotton and has an appropriate thickness thanks to the 3 layers. The fabric feels non-slip and natural and can be washed in the washing machine without any problems, which may indicate a durable product . The product and packaging are made from sustainable organic cotton.

The motifs have not been dyed, but printed onto the blanket. The fact that the blanket can be machine washed at up to 60 degrees and is also suitable for tumble drying makes it hygienic and quick to clean. The size of 75 x 100 cm is ideal for covering a baby and the weight also seems appropriate. The blanket is just heavy enough to create a feeling of security for the baby. Safety certificates are also available for the product we tested. The baby blanket is GOTS-certified, which means it meets strict environmental criteria and social standards. The OEKO-TEX Standard 100 seal guarantees that all product components are free of harmful substances and harmless. The FSC MIX seal guarantees that manufacturing materials have been obtained either from recycled materials or controlled sources. On the Amazon platform, consumers rate the product with an average of 4.1 stars. One common complaint is that the blanket is slightly thinner than expected. In our practical test, we were able to confirm that the blanket is particularly hygienic and printed with lovely patterns. The blanket is actually a little thinner than expected, but fulfills its purpose as a year-round blanket.
