The replacement hooks from SmartProduct were supplied with two outer packages for our test. The product was in a neutral cardboard box on the outside and a small cardboard box on the inside with a label bearing the company logo and the product name in six languages . Apart from that, there were no other unnecessary packaging materials, which we were very pleased about. Both boxes were undamaged and could be opened easily without additional tools. The product was undamaged and in perfect condition . Unfortunately, no instructions for use were included in the package.
