However, the jerky movements during the grinding process can occasionally lead to small deviations in the particle size. However, these deviations are minimal and only have a minor effect on the overall quality. The grinding speed varies depending on the bean and grind size, but averages just under 2 minutes for several espressos or up to 500 ml of filter coffee. A moderate amount of force is required to turn the grinder, but this is standard for manual grinders. The individual parts can be easily separated and cleaned by hand or in the dishwasher.
