During the practical test, it was found that the Neustanlo carpet beater fully fulfils the manufacturer’s advertising promises. The handle stability is an outstanding feature. No visible damage to the handle could be detected. There was also no movement or noise when the handle was squeezed or hit. This indicates a high level of structural integrity, which in turn speaks in favour of the durability of the product.
Furthermore, the ergonomics of the carpet beater can be rated as positive, as there were no complaints regarding the handle or handling during use. In terms of effectiveness, it was found that the carpet was almost completely clean after just a few strokes, which emphasises the cleaning performance of the product. Furthermore, the carpet beater hardly makes any noise when beating, which makes for a pleasant user experience. Another advantage is the easy cleaning of the carpet beater.
