When you pick up the individual product components for the first time, you immediately notice their high quality .
The calf stretcher wedges look light and the coating on the underside makes a non-slip impression.
The three-stage yoga belt feels robust.
In terms of design , the set stands out positively. The individual wedges come in a simple and timeless black colour, while the yoga strap is a light blue.
The entire set makes a compact impression and the individual components can be easily stacked on top of each other. Due to the product dimensions and low weight, the individual parts can also be easily transported in a rucksack .
Overall, the Pavox calf stretcher set made a good first impression in the practical test.

The calf stretcher set from the Pavox brand was convincing in the practical test due to the slip resistance of the anti-slip strips . A secure footing is possible on the wedges, regardless of whether they are used barefoot or with trainers.
The digital instructions for use clearly show how the product can be used in the form of illustrated exercises. It was found that the exercises are very well illustrated and easy to do. Depending on which wedge you use, you can control the intensity of the exercise, making the product suitable for both beginners and professionals . For beginners, a degree of stretching of 9-18 degrees is recommended, for advanced users 27-36 degrees.
The yoga belt also impresses with its adaptability – it was tested on both men’s and women’s legs and could be used without any problems.
Due to the fact that you can combine the three wedges of different heights as you wish and thus change the angle during the exercises, very different degrees of stretching are possible during training.
The product is also impressive when it comes to cleaning and care : the yoga strap is washable and the wedges can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth thanks to the relatively smooth surface.
Overall, it is a well-designed product that can be used in a variety of training applications .
