The ice scraper was delivered in a cardboard box that was well suited to the size of the product. The product itself is packaged in plastic film. It would be desirable for the seller to choose a more environmentally friendly packaging option .
The product includes a flyer with instructions for use in various languages. The instructions are not as detailed as those in comparable instructions for use. However, they are sufficient as the product is self-explanatory.
The ice scraper and the brush are separated from each other in the plastic bag on delivery , but can be combined into one tool later if required.

When you pick up the ice scraper for the first time, you immediately notice its stability and robustness.
Both the side of the brush and the ice scraper itself are well made.
The ice scraper itself makes a very robust impression – the micro-lip is gentle on the glass and there are also solid ice breakers on the top that allow the ice to be removed or broken with a strong push.
The handle is pleasantly thick and looks just as robust as the other product components.
Overall, it is a product that appears high-quality at first glance and impresses with its modern design.

The telescopic ice scraper from Dunlop was subjected to an extensive practical test .
As the practical test took place in autumn, the effectiveness of the ice scraper was tested on a thickly iced up freezer.
This product is designed in such a way that, due to its length, it is easy to reach and brush off the roof of vehicles of different heights. The brush travels well over the car paintwork without scratching it.
In terms of ergonomics, this product is impressive: the ice scraper sits comfortably in the hand and is easy to grip. Only the weight of the scraper is somewhat noticeable after prolonged scraping.
The scraper is also easy to use with different gloves. The handle is designed in such a way that there is no risk of slipping.
After use, the telescopic ice scraper can be disassembled into two parts in a single movement and stowed away in the car to save space .
This product was particularly impressive in the practical test due to its robustness and stability.

On the Amazon platform, consumers rate the product with an average of 4.6 stars. In some cases, the fact that it is perceived as being a little too short is criticised . On the other hand, the stability and ease of use are emphasised positively. In our practical test , we were able to confirm that this product is very stable and that the broom can be used efficiently . Consumer criticism of the length of the ice scraper could not be substantiated in the practical test.
