The attractive and functional design of the Cru553 gloves catches the eye as soon as you put them on. They have a modern look and are kept in a simple colour scheme that makes them universally applicable. The workmanship is of the highest quality: the thirteen-thread construction made of HPPE and spandex gives the gloves a remarkable fit and dexterity without compromising on safety. The stability is also impressive – the material is robust and usually offers a firm grip even on slippery surfaces. This is particularly advantageous for demanding practical work. The only point of criticism is the lack of information on the sustainability of the product, which means that users who value environmentally friendly materials receive little information. Overall, however, the high-quality workmanship is impressive and should give the glove excellent durability.

In the practical test, the DEX FIT Cru553 glove was able to confirm almost all of the manufacturer’s specifications and prove itself in terms of cut and tear resistance. The gloves offer an optimum fit that leaves no pressure marks and ensures a high level of comfort even during prolonged use. In terms of cut resistance, they met expectations: Although slight marks were visible on the rubberised palm, the underlying fabric was not damaged, so the protective function remained intact. The tear resistance of the seams was also impressive – no loose threads or damage were found, even with intensive use. The grip remains stable even with minimal moisture, although slight slipping can be observed on very wet surfaces. Cleaning makes it easy to remove dirt and stains and the gloves look almost like new. Overall, the test shows that the Cru553 gloves are a reliable product that delivers what it promises and offers a safe and comfortable solution for many areas of work.

On the Amazon platform, consumers rate the product with an average of 4.3 stars. Some criticise the fact that the glove wears out too quickly with frequent and prolonged use. On the other hand, the fit, wearing comfort and slip resistance are positively emphasised. In our practical test, we were able to confirm that the cut protection glove has the positive points mentioned by other customers.
