Product description provided by the manufacturer
PROGRIP NITRIL gloves are particularly durable disposable gloves made of nitrile, which are characterised by their robust material thickness and distinctive diamond structure on the inside and outside. Their full texture provides a high level of slip resistance – even when wet, oily or greasy – making them ideal for workshops, industrial use or mechanical work.
The product is powder-free, food-safe and latex-free. The gloves are available in several sizes (M–XXL) and can be worn on either hand.
In our practical test, we particularly noticed the gloves’ grip and the excellent freedom of movement they offer during fine motor tasks.
One minor criticism was a slight chemical smell, which is not unusual for products of this type.
Advantages
- Robust construction made from nitrile
- Excellent grip thanks to surface texture

The PROGRIP NITRIL gloves were delivered in a simple and sturdy cardboard box. The product was well protected: the gloves arrived undamaged and clean. The box appears robust enough to reliably protect the gloves during transport and storage.
The compact and completely plastic-free packaging is a positive feature. This means that the product performs better in terms of sustainability than many competitors who still use additional plastic packaging. Of course, cardboard packaging is not completely sustainable, but in the context of a disposable product, this is an acceptable and practical compromise.
The scope of delivery was as expected – 50 disposable gloves were included.
Separate instructions for use were not included, but all essential information about the product – including certifications and manufacturer details – is provided in a space-saving manner on the bottom of the packaging. The information is printed in German and English and is therefore easily accessible.

When you first open the packaging, the gloves make a high-quality impression. The black version we tested looks simple, functional and professional – perfectly suited to its intended use in trade, workshops or cleaning work. Depending on the version, the product is available in two colour options, which can be practical for different requirements.
The material quality is immediately impressive. The gloves can be rolled up and pulled apart easily without damaging the material. The characteristic diamond structure is present throughout the inside and outside and ensures a particularly non-slip feel. No production defects such as loose edges, material faults or uneven thicknesses were found during testing.
In terms of stability and elasticity, the gloves demonstrate very good stretchability. They only tear under extreme tensile stress, which is to be expected from a disposable product.
Only limited comments can be made about sustainability, as this is a consumable product. At least the manufacturer does not use unnecessary packaging and relies on a durable material that does not wear out excessively quickly when used properly.

In practical testing, the PROGRIP NITRIL gloves had to prove whether they could live up to the manufacturer’s specifications. In terms of material thickness and resilience, the product impressed with its good quality. The gloves were highly elastic and remained intact even after being put on and taken off several times – provided they were not deliberately overstretched.
The fit is comfortable as long as the correct size is chosen. With four sizes available, from M to XXL, most hand sizes are well covered. As the product is powder-free, no residue is left on the skin – an advantage when handling sensitive surfaces or food. Overall, they are comfortable to wear, with noticeable heat build-up only occurring during very long periods of use, which is normal for this type of product.
The exceptional grip was particularly positive in the test. The diamond structure ensures excellent slip resistance even when wet or when handling oily substances. Even fine work can be carried out with remarkable precision using these gloves. Tactile sensitivity is largely retained, especially when the size fits well.
The only criticism was a slight chemical smell when unpacking, but this quickly dissipated and did not affect use. Disposable gloves do not need to be cleaned.
In summary, the gloves deliver on their promises in terms of robustness, comfort and grip, offering an overall impressive product for professional applications.
