The packaging of the Fun Disc Classic from MFT Bodyteamwork GmbH made a positive first impression. It was perfectly sized for the balance board and did not contain any unnecessary packaging material. The sturdy cardboard box provided sufficient protection during transport. We were particularly pleased that no plastic was used and that the box was made from recycled material. This underlines the ecological and sustainable approach of MFT Bodyteamwork GmbH. In addition to the board, a flyer with information on other products is included. An instruction manual is not included, but this is not necessary due to the intuitive handling. In addition, numerous exercises are available on the manufacturer’s website, which are explained in an understandable way through video tutorials.

A special feature are the two K-rocker boards, which are coated with a soft anti-slip coating. This coating not only ensures high slip resistance, but also protects the floor from scratches or wear. The integrated Senso Ball made of durable rubber material enables balanced and controlled rocking, which makes training more efficient. In practical testing, the Fun Disc Classic demonstrated its strengths in combining stability, versatility, and functionality. On all surfaces tested—carpet, tile, and parquet—the disc remained securely in place thanks to its soft, non-slip base, allowing for worry-free training. The abrasion-resistant textured coating on the base provided a firm and secure grip when training barefoot or with sneakers, without restricting freedom of movement. Particularly noteworthy was the possibility of using the disc for different types of training: users could flexibly switch between an axis-aligned rocking motion and training as a therapy gyroscope, which enabled targeted promotion of coordination and stability. In stress tests, the disc easily withstood higher weight loads and showed no signs of deformation or wear. The disc’s durable construction was confirmed by repeated rocking movements and intensive training sessions without any visible signs of wear. In addition, the robust Senso Ball enables smooth and controlled movement, ensuring efficient and safe training.
