The COOLIFE cabin suitcase is delivered in a sturdy cardboard box that reliably protects the suitcase from damage during transport. The wheels and handles are additionally wrapped in plastic or packed separately to prevent scratches or damage during shipping. Additionally, the suitcase is enclosed in a protective plastic sleeve. Overall, the packaging design appears compact and well-thought-out, although more sustainable materials instead of plastic would be preferable.
The contents of the package arrived complete and undamaged. In addition to the suitcase itself, all important information is printed on the box as well as on a small information card attached to the handle. A traditional user manual is not necessary, as the suitcase’s use is self-explanatory. Another positive feature is an additional card with customer service contact information, which conveys a professional impression.
Overall, the COOLIFE carry-on suitcase makes a very positive impression right from the moment it is unpacked. The packaging reliably protects the product, the contents are complete, and the presentation appears high-quality and customer-oriented overall.

Visually, the COOLIFE carry-on suitcase is deliberately simple and understated. The suitcase is available in several colors. In our test, we reviewed the black version in the classic carry-on size. Thanks to its neutral design, the suitcase is suitable for both business trips and short personal getaways.
The build quality gives an overall high-quality impression. The zippers glide smoothly and cleanly, without snagging or creating resistance. The wheels, handles, and edges appear to be securely mounted. There are no visible scratches, dents, or other manufacturing defects on the case. The materials give a robust impression right from the first touch. At the same time, the suitcase remains pleasantly lightweight, which is particularly advantageous for air travel with strict weight restrictions.
The manufacturer’s sustainability information is also worth highlighting. COOLIFE provides details on working conditions, chemical standards, and the use of recycled plastic in accordance with the Global Recycled Standard. Combined with the high-quality craftsmanship and long-term reusability, this creates an overall impression of sustainability.

In practical testing, the COOLIFE carry-on suitcase performed well in nearly every area. The stability of the telescoping handle was particularly impressive. It extends in several stages and operates smoothly without jamming or wobbling. Even when fully loaded, the construction remains stable and easy to control.
The four 360° double wheels with rubber coating provide a very smooth rolling experience. The suitcase moves quietly and with minimal resistance, remaining stable and maneuverable even when fully loaded. It offers a particularly comfortable ride on smooth surfaces.
The interior layout is practical for everyday use. The suitcase opens in the middle and features a compression strap on one side to secure the contents, while the other side is separated by a zippered compartment. There is also a mesh pocket for smaller items. Overall, the layout is well-thought-out and practical for short trips or weekend getaways.
The integrated TSA combination lock worked reliably in testing and was easy to operate. It offers additional security while allowing for damage-free inspection during air travel.
The material quality also leaves a very good impression. The shell, with its additional reinforcements, appears robust and durable. The reinforced corners, in particular, show almost no flexibility, while the larger surfaces, as expected, can give slightly. Overall, the suitcase impresses with its sturdy construction and good suitability for everyday use.
