The quick and easy set-up of the whirlpool thanks to the quick-inflation function and the user-friendly, waterproof remote control should be emphasised. The integrated UVC disinfection and the antibacterial inner fabric offer a high level of hygienic safety. On the negative side, we noticed that the filter performance is sometimes insufficient at high loads and that the bubble function is somewhat louder than expected. Overall, the BERGEN 6P offers excellent value for money and is ideal for relaxing hours at home.

The packaging of the inflatable whirlpool BERGEN 6P from MSpa impressed us at first glance with its effective product protection. The product arrived without scratches or soiling. A positive aspect to emphasise is the efforts made to ensure sustainability: unnecessary packaging waste was largely avoided, although plastic film was used. The contents of the package are complete and, in addition to the hot tub itself, also include detailed instructions for use and a cover that helps to insulate and protect the hot tub.
The instruction manual is well written and provides clear, easy-to-understand instructions that make it much easier to set up and use the hot tub. The first impression is consistently positive. The product impresses with its high-quality workmanship and well thought-out scope of delivery. The packaging is attractively designed and contains all the important components. This emphasises MSpa’s quality standards and ensures satisfied customers.

The modern appearance blends seamlessly into various environments and adds a touch of luxury to any garden or terrace. The workmanship of the hot tub is consistently high quality, which is reflected in the robust choice of materials and precise manufacturing.
We were particularly impressed by the high level of stability that the hot tub offers despite its inflatable nature. This ensures a safe and comfortable bathing experience.
Unfortunately, there is no information on the sustainability of the product, which can be seen as potential for improvement in times of increasing environmental awareness.

In our comprehensive practical test of the inflatable whirlpool BERGEN 6P from MSpa, we were able to confirm that the manufacturer largely fulfils its advertising promises. The functionality of the jets proved to be flawless; all jets worked without clogging. However, it would have been desirable to be able to adjust the strength to customise the intensity of the massage. The heating performance and temperature stability were also convincing: the whirlpool reached the desired temperature of up to 40°C within 30 minutes and maintained this constantly throughout the entire test period.
The cleaning and ease of maintenance of the whirlpool is exemplary. All components are easily accessible and can be cleaned effortlessly using standard household tools and cleaning agents. The clear and comprehensible maintenance instructions also contribute to problem-free care. The operability of the control elements also left nothing to be desired. All controls responded immediately to inputs, were user-friendly and were found to be intuitive and ergonomic by the testers.
The sitting and reclining comfort was particularly positive. The seating and reclining surfaces offer excellent support and adapt to different body shapes and sizes. This was confirmed by all test subjects, regardless of their individual build and weight, with no complaints of discomfort or lack of support. Overall, we were able to confirm the positive experiences of the users and identify only a few suggestions for improvement.
