The Body & Mind® Balance Board is a high-quality wooden wobble board in a deluxe version. It offers a classy, durable and elegant design using natural materials. The balance board is not only suitable for effective muscle building, stability and body tension training , but also for physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises after accidents. In the test, we found that the training is ergonomic and effective. However, some customers criticized the surface texture and design of the board.

The Body & Mind® Balance Board was well packaged and adapted to the product size. The product arrived without scratches or soiling, so product protection was guaranteed. Unfortunately, plastic film was used for the packaging , which should be viewed critically from a sustainability perspective. The contents of the packaging consisted of the balance board and an e-book. There was no instruction manual, but the intuitive operation of the board is simple.
