The Norwegian-style COASTER turtleneck sweater from Nebulus is a winter garment for men and women that is available in different colors and sizes. Typical for a turtleneck sweater, the sweater is figure-hugging and has a high, fold-down collar. The product impresses with its Norwegian look and keeps you surprisingly warm despite the thin fabric. Although the breathability is reduced by a fleece layer on the inside, this creates a soft and comfortable surface on the inside. This makes the sweater ideal for cold days . Unfortunately, the workmanship is not ideal, as one of our test pullovers has a double seam.

General information
We have looked at and tested the product in detail in a practical test. In the following, we take a closer look at the features and impressions. The product is subjected to our test procedure from the packaging, materials and quality to the range of functions and handling.

In our case, the COASTER turtleneck sweater from Nebulus was delivered together with other products in a sturdy shipping box. The shipping box was undamaged and was easy to open with a knife or scissors. The shipping box was also optimally sized as it was completely full. This is good for the environment, as it not only minimizes the amount of material required for the shipping box, but the package also makes more efficient use of the transport vehicles. Inside the box was the COASTER turtleneck sweater in its product packaging.
The product packaging consists of a transparent plastic bag in which the COASTER t urtleneck sweater was packed. The film is tear-resistant and cannot be stretched. The Nebulus logo is printed on the front of the packaging. There is also a sticker with a barcode, the product name and the size of the sweater. On the back, there are warnings about the choking hazard of the bag. The warnings are available in four languages, including German and English.
The bag has an opening on the top which is sealed with an adhesive strip. The adhesive strip is reusable so that the bag can be resealed for returns. There is also a layer of thin paper between the individual layers of the folded sweater to prevent the fabric from rubbing during transportation. The COASTER turtleneck sweater is very well protected from damage and soiling thanks to the shipping box and plastic bag.

As you would expect, the COASTER turtleneck sweater does not require any additional accessories and is delivered without them. There is a cardboard disc the size of a beer mat on the label, which is printed on both sides in high gloss with the Nebulus logo, which can also be found on the product packaging. It is striking that, according to the label on the transparent plastic film, the turtleneck sweater for men was supposed to be delivered with one of our samples. However, this packaging contains a turtleneck sweater for women.
There are no instructions for use, but they are not needed. Washing instructions can be found on a label on the inside of the sweater, where this is shown with the familiar symbols. There is also information on the material composition of the COASTER turtleneck sweater and the size and product name.

Although the COASTER turtleneck sweater is made from fine fabric, it is printed with a classic Norwegian pattern. Nebulus offers four different colors for men and three different colors for women. For our test, we received the women’s version in red and black. The Norwegian design gives it a friendly, wintry look. The pattern, consisting of different colors and shapes, is printed in a thick color and is visually complemented by seams in a contrasting color.
Typical for a turtleneck sweater, the sweater has a very high, tight and stretchy collar. A special feature is the embroidered Nebulus N on the collar. The sweater has neither zippers nor pockets.
The turtleneck sweater is made from a fine outer fabric that has been processed into a thin layer of fleece on the inside to ensure a soft feel. The fabric is finished precisely and evenly, with no protruding threads. Unfortunately, the seam on one of our test pullovers is doubled over about five centimetres. As the seam is clearly visible in a contrasting color, this is an unsightly flaw.
The fabric of the turtleneck sweater is quite thin, slightly stretchy but still tear-resistant. According to the manufacturer, it is made of polyester. The high quality suggests a long service life.
Overall, the turtleneck sweater in a Norwegian design is a fashionable garment for the winter season. The quality of the fabrics and seams used and the general workmanship are also impressive.

The COASTER turtleneck sweater from Nebulus was completely convincing in our practical test. Nebulus offers the sweater for both men and women in various sizes from S to XXL. For our test, we received the turtleneck sweater in sizes S and M. For our tester, who is just under 165 cm tall, size M fits well, but the seam under the armpits pinches.
Apart from that, the sweater is extremely comfortable to wear. The fleece surface on the inside feels pleasantly soft. The collar also has the right diameter and does not pinch. This makes the sweater very comfortable even when worn for long periods. The sweater fits close to the body and is therefore very figure-hugging, although this is concealed by the complex pattern.
Despite a thin layer of fabric, the COASTER turtleneck sweater keeps you surprisingly warm and is particularly suitable for colder days. The sweater could be improved in terms of breathability, as the fleece surface reduces air permeability and does not absorb moisture well.
The washability of the product meets the usual specifications for comparable garments and it can withstand washing at 30 °C with ironing without damage or fading. Unfortunately, the turtleneck sweater cannot withstand a 60 °C wash, as would be desirable after sport or when heavily soiled.
Overall, the COASTER turtleneck sweater from Nebulus impressed in our practical test and meets the expectations of a warm and comfortable sweater for cold days.

The positive customer reviews particularly emphasize that the sweater is comfortable to wear and offers a good fit. Many customers also appreciate the good quality of the garment. The only point of criticism in the customer reviews is that the fabric is very thin and the sweater would therefore not keep you warm enough. In our test, we were able to fully confirm the positive aspects of the customer reviews. Although it is also true that the fabric is quite thin, the sweater keeps you very warm.
Prices of up to €99.95 are charged on the Internet for equivalent products. Very inexpensive products are available from as little as €11.86. The WARMER turtleneck sweater from Nebulus currently has a price of €49.99 on Amazon, which puts it in the mid-price segment. The price is reasonable for the quality and scope of services you get.
