In our practical test, we put the thermos flask from Wilford & Sons through its paces. Starting with the impressive thermal insulation, the flask proved to be extremely reliable: it keeps both hot and cold drinks at the desired temperature over a long period of time, which is particularly practical in everyday life and when travelling. The two-part strainer insert proves to be practical when preparing tea and small pieces of fruit, but reaches its limits with larger pieces of fruit. The attached handle makes it easy to remove the strainer and change the contents. The thermos jug is very convenient to use. The generous bottle neck makes filling and pouring effortless, while the ergonomic design ensures a pleasant feel and easy transport. The lid closes precisely and securely even when subjected to strong vibrations or in an inverted position, which emphasises the bottle’s tightness. Cleaning is uncomplicated overall, although the bottle is not suitable for the dishwasher. However, thanks to the smooth inner surface, the thermos flask can be easily cleaned by hand without leaving any residue or unpleasant odours behind.
To summarise, the thermos jug impresses with its excellent thermal insulation, convenient handling and ergonomics as well as reliable closure security.

On the Amazon platform, consumers rate the product with an average of 4.6 stars. Some criticise the fact that the product is not dishwasher-safe and that the coating sometimes peels off early.
