The sauna infusion from the Heldengrün brand is an oil for flavouring saunas.
This product is made from 100% certified organic essential oils.
The infusion contains the flavours of Swiss stone pine, fir and cedar wood. According to the seller, this scent is reminiscent of a mountain hut and creates a balance for body and soul.
The oil can be used for up to 20 sauna sessions in total, it is highly dosed and particularly economical.
Depending on the desired intensity, 1-3 capfuls of the product can be used per 1 litre of water.
In practical tests , the sauna infusion impressed us with itsintense aromas and high yield. Even after the third sauna session, the oil was still able to develop an intense flavour .

This product was delivered in a small cardboard box that was customised to the size of the product.
Inside was the product, which was packaged in a small, attractively designed product box.
Environmentally harmful packaging materials such as plastic were completely omitted.
Instructions for use are not included, but instructions for use including warnings are printed on the side of the product packaging. The information provided is absolutely sufficient to be able to use the product.

When you pick up the product for the first time , you immediately notice the appealing and high-quality design of the product packaging.
The bottle with the sauna infusion is well filled and tightly closed. Nevertheless, it can be opened with normal force. A safety cap that prevents children from opening the bottle would be desirable.

When you open the bottle, you immediately notice the intense and very pleasant aroma of the infusion flavour. It gives the impression that it contains a high dosage of oils.

This product was tested in an extensive practical test .
During the test, two caps were mixed with water.
After distributing the liquid with the wooden spoon over the sauna heater, the vapour immediately spread throughout the sauna. The fragrance was found to spread evenly throughout the sauna. The fragrance remained in the air for 10-15 minutes and provided a relaxing aroma.
This product was easy to mix with the water in the tub .
In terms of skin compatibility, this product is convincing: no reddening of the skin or intolerance was evident after the sauna session.
In terms of yield , it should be noted that it is estimated that the product can actually be used up to 20 times – due to the strong flavour, 1-2 caps per sauna session are sufficient for smaller saunas.
Overall, the product impressed us in the practical testwith its pleasant odour and the intensity of the fragrance during the sauna session.

On the Amazon platform, consumers rate the product with an average of 4.3 stars. In individual cases, a rather sweet odour is criticised . On the other hand, the intense and pleasant fragrance is positively emphasised . In our practical test , we were able to confirm that the sauna infusion smells pleasant and that the intense fragrance is long-lasting. Consumer criticism of the sweet odour could not be substantiated in the practical test.

Prices of up to €16.90 are charged on the Internet for equivalent products. Very cheap products are available from as little as €8.95 . The sauna infusion from Heldengrün is therefore currently in the upper price segment with a price of €14.95. For the quality and performance received, the price-performance ratio is very good.
