The compression socks were packed in a plastic bag for protection. Although unnecessary packaging waste was avoided, the use of plastic film could be a point of criticism for some consumers.
Inside the packaging are the two stockings and instructions for use in German and two other languages. These are clearly worded to ensure problem-free use.

After unpacking, we take a closer look at the product itself.
It is noticeable that we cannot find any flaws in the workmanship, either visually or haptically. All the seams look neatly finished and there are no other defects to be found. The visual appearance is therefore flawless and can be rated as very good.
The stockings themselves are soft, comfortable and elasticated, but at the same time robust. The stockings retain their shape even after heavy pulling, which means that the product is also convincing in terms of stability.
However, the product is particularly impressive in terms of sustainability. The manufacturer advertises with an OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 certification as well as an environmentally friendly and ethical production standard and the use of a high proportion of cotton, which underpins the previous positive impression of the product.

The CLASSIC compression socks from SILVERLINE™ deliver what the manufacturer promises.
In the test, the socks impressed with a perfect fit without creasing and an optimum fit both when sitting and standing. Thanks to the different size gradations (35-37, 38-40, 41-43, 44-46), they offer a customised fit for every foot type.
They are extremely comfortable to wear : no skin irritation occurs and the excellent breathability effectively prevents sweating.
Another plus point is the absolute odour neutrality. Thanks to silver ion technology, the socks remained completely odourless both after wearing and after storage.
The seam quality is also impressive: No visible defects or discomfort occurred throughout the test and the seams remained in perfect condition even after repeated wear and washing. The socks are machine washable at 30 degrees and retain their shape, size, colour and material properties even after several washes, which underlines their durability .
