The travel bag from the manufacturer Redolz arrives in compact packaging. The product is shrink-wrapped to save space and shipped in a brown cardboard box, which can be cut open with a knife without hesitation thanks to an additional cardboard insert. For an otherwise very robust product that does not require any special protection, product protection is therefore guaranteed without restrictions. An alternative choice of material for the film would be desirable to make the packaging more sustainable, even if the plastic serves to protect the product.
As stated by the manufacturer, the travel bag comes without any additional accessories. There is also no need for an instruction manual for this product, as it is self-explanatory and intuitive to use. Nevertheless, a small info card on one of the zips provides more detailed information about the manufacturer and customer service.

Once we have unpacked the bag, we take a closer look at the product. The travel bag initially makes a very good visual impression. A simple and modern design as well as a consistently clean product convince us here. It should also be mentioned at this point that the manufacturer offers many different sizes and colours for this product. In our case, we have a black bag.
The workmanship is also impressive – even on closer inspection, we could not find any unclean seams or similar defects. This is also reflected in the stability of the bag. The fabric appears surprisingly tear-resistant and durable. The zips and handles also appear reliable and secure.
In our opinion, there is only room for improvement in terms of sustainability. Even though the manufacturer offers a long service life with this high-quality product, no further information on production and transport or other sustainability initiatives can be found, which we would certainly consider desirable.

In our practical test, the travel bag from the manufacturer Redolz was convincing without any restrictions. We first test the load capacity of the bag and the carrying handles. Even when completely full, all carrying handles (side, top and extendable metal handle) hold effortlessly and enable reliable and safe transport.
We also find the product user-friendly and comfortable to use. The lightly padded handles are comfortable to hold. The castors are pleasantly quiet and smooth-running on suitable surfaces.
The zips also impressed us in our test. When opened and closed several times, the zips glide smoothly back and forth without jamming.
However, we were particularly impressed by the interior layout of the travel bag in our test. A large compartment, as is common with similar products, is supplemented by an additional compartment at the bottom of this travel bag. This could be used to store shoes or other items that need to be packed separately, for example. There are also smaller compartments on the sides that are suitable for smaller travelling items. The individual compartments are designed in such a way that the space can be flexibly divided between the individual compartments within certain limits. We therefore experience the travel bag in an adaptable and clever design.
Finally, we also analyse the material of the bag. Here, too, we can find no qualitative limitations. The material is tear and scratch resistant and offers surprisingly good protection for a fabric bag. Stretchy areas of the bag, on the other hand, are sufficiently flexible to make organising the bag as relaxed as possible.
Overall, the product therefore makes a very good impression in our practical test, which is rightly rated as very good.
