The clothes hangers from the manufacturer VonBueren arrive in a brown cardboard box and are initially convincing without exception.
As shown in the picture, the manufacturer dispenses with unnecessary foiling and thus demonstrates a responsible and resource-saving packaging method. A narrow cardboard strip and 2 very short cable ties are used to reliably tie up the 10 brackets. This method can easily withstand the shipping stresses. The manufacturer also dispenses with instructions for use or advertising cards, which is a positive aspect for such a self-explanatory product. The manufacturer’s contact information and the most important product data are printed on the narrow cardboard strip for any queries about the product.

On closer inspection, the VonBueren clothes hangers perform well overall, even if minor points of criticism can be found.
Visually, the hangers make a good impression overall. The design is simple, in keeping with its intended use. The black version of this product has a strong and appealing colour.
Unfortunately, however, small manufacturing-related indentations and protruding seams on the hook detract from the otherwise good appearance of the product. This does not affect its functionality.
In terms of stability, it can be said at this point that the material is quite flexible. The hook can be turned very smoothly in both directions and the product initially appears to be sturdily manufactured for its intended purpose.
Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide any further information regarding the production of the item. We also cannot find any other efforts on the part of the manufacturer regarding sustainability. However, due to the repeated use of the item, at least a certain level of sustainability can be assumed. Additional information would be desirable.

For our practical test, we determine the stability and load-bearing capacity of the clothes hanger as well as the handling, safety and storage of the product.
Our test shows that the item is comfortable and suitable for everyday use. The hangers themselves are quite light and sit comfortably in the hand. The 360° swivelling hook and the various attachment options (bracket, crossbar, accessory holder, side slots) facilitate use and offer a high degree of flexibility.
In terms of stability, however, we have unfortunately noticed some minor shortcomings. While the hanger is perfectly adequate and robust for lighter, individual items of clothing, heavy items of clothing such as a winter coat or a full suit show a clearly visible deformation of the hanger. There are no signs of breakage or similar, but the hangers remain slightly bent after prolonged use.
The hook also bends visibly under increased load, but remains attached to the bar and therefore fulfils its purpose. During pushing and pulling movements perpendicular to the swivel joint, we noticed a high level of deformation, even to the point of the joint breaking off, even under moderate pressure. Although this does not correspond to the intended use, it illustrates that the choice of material is a little too flexible and soft overall.
The bracket performs very well in terms of storage. The flat design means that unused hangers can be pushed together and stored in a space-saving manner. The clothes hanger also impresses in terms of safety and can be used without hesitation. In our test, we were unable to find any sharp edges or loose parts on the product, despite the protrusions and slight unevenness mentioned above.
